The J.P. Strom Award Winner

Terrence L. Boyd, Hometown: Bluffton; County of Assignment: Jasper (Troop 6 / Post C).
The J.P. Strom Award Winner is presented by the South Carolina Criminal Justice Academy. The award is named after long-time Chief of SLED,  J.P. Strom. This award is given to the student who obtains the highest overall academic average, including the successful completion of all proficiency tests.
