SCDPS Reports Nine Killed On South Carolina Roadways May 28, 2021, To May 31, 2021

COLUMBIA — The South Carolina Department of Public Safety announces a preliminary number of nine persons killed on South Carolina roadways during the Memorial Day holiday period beginning Friday, May 28, at 6:00 p.m. until Monday, May 31, at 11:59 p.m. In comparison, 16 persons were killed on South Carolina roadways during the Memorial Day holiday period beginning Friday, May 22, at 6 p.m. until Monday, May 25, at 11:59 p.m., 2020.
