Residential Substance Abuse Treatment (RSAT) For State Prisoners Grant Program

Overview and Award Schedule

The purpose of the RSAT Program is to increase access to treatment for individuals with substance use or co-occurring substance use and mental health disorders during detention or incarceration and to improve continuity of care during and after reentry by delivering community-based treatment and other broad-based aftercare services. Subgrantees must provide 25% of total program cost in the form of a cash match, with the other 75% of the cost being covered by federal funds.

New users must register via the SCDPS web-based application tool, SCDPS Grants by Friday, October 18, 2024, located at www.scdpsgrants.com. The deadline for FFY 2025 RSAT applications is Friday, November 1, 2024 by 5:00 pm. Please review the Solicitation document below for program details.
