July 1, 2022 - Executive Order 2022-19
Governor Henry McMaster issued Executive Order 2022-19 on July 1, 2022, which directs state agencies to publish detailed information about entities who receive earmarked appropriations in the annual Appropriations Act. The Executive Order further requires agencies to disclose how taxpayer funds are spent while also ensuring measures designed to increase transparency and accountability are strictly followed.
